DroCole, Zimbabwe’s fast-rising rapper has unlocked a brand new single ‘Handeka.’ The love song sees DroCole blend infectious hooks, clever wordplay, and pulsating production.
“Handeka” is a sincere love song giving off some smooth Afro-Pop vibes. The song was sung predominantly in Shona – the most widely spoken language in Zimbabwe.
“Handeka” roughly translates to “let’s go then” in English. It talks about a guy who meets a very beautiful girl whom he falls for and wants to take home to his family. The track was produced by No Names Beats from France.
“The inspiration for writing this song was drawn from a real-life situation.” said DroCole “I am in a place where I feel ready to explore and express different aspects of my personality.”
