Wednesday Season 2 is coming.
It’s official: Wednesday is returning to Netflix for a second single. The streaming giant announced this via their official Twitter page. Released on November 23, the 8-episode first season has since become Netflix’s most popular show.

The show beat out Dahmer to become the streamer’s second-most streamed series of all time, sitting only behind Stranger Things Season 4.
Wednesday a comedy horror series was able to garner praise from both fans and critics soon after it debuted on the streaming platform.
The horror comedy series showcases Wednesday’s first years as a student at Nevermore Academy, where she attempts to master her emerging psychic ability while trying to solve a supernatural mystery that has haunted the Addams family for decades.
Wednesday season 1 mainly focused on Ortega who is playing Wednesday Addams in the series.

As the final moments of the Season 1 finale reveal, the Hyde is still out there (whether they’re in police custody or not). There’s also a stalker apparently running around Nevermore: In the Season 1 finale, Wednesday receives threatening texts and creepy photos from an unknown number.
“[The stalker proves] that threats remain out there… to both Wednesday and the school,”
Millar says.
“Not all not loose ends have been tied up neatly as she thinks they have.”
Wednesday may not be prone to smiling. But even she might break into the smallest grin over the promise of a new spooky case to crack.
Season 1 of Wednesday is currently available for streaming on Netflix. Alongside Ortega, the cast includes Gwendoline Christie, Jamie McShane, Percy Hynes White, Hunter Doohan, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, Naomi J. Ogawa, Moosa Mostafa, Georgie Farmer, Riki Lindhome and Christina Ricci. Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán and Isaac Ordonez also make appearances.
Both the trailer and release date are yet to be announced, but we can expect that anytime soon.
