The following terms apply to all purchases made through the Vibextaz online store. The store operates as part of Vibextaz.com and is powered by Shopify.
6.1 ORDERS
All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice. In the event we cancel or modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information for all purchases and to keep this information current.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
6.2 PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colour representation. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours with complete accuracy.
We do not guarantee that any product will meet your specific expectations.
6.3 SHIPPING
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Mombasa: Standard delivery within 3 to 5 working days. Next-day delivery within 24 to 36 hours. Same-day delivery within 3 to 24 hours. Note that next-day and same-day delivery may not be available for all items.
Rest of Kenya: Standard delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
International: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over KSh 20,000 within Kenya.
You will receive order confirmation and dispatch emails. You may also opt in to receive text message delivery updates at checkout.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines begin once your order is processed and dispatched. For pre-orders, shipping will occur on the specified ship date.
Shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. We are not liable for delays or losses during transit.
6.4 EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds on non-faulty items.
You must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and returned with all original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
To begin an exchange, contact us with your order number and the email address used at purchase.
6.5 RETURNS
We only accept returns on select items under specific conditions.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged: personalised or custom-made products, intimate clothing including underwear, swimwear, and lingerie, made-to-order or altered items, beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products, coupons and gift cards, and perishable goods.
If your order included a gift from a promotion, it must be returned along with any qualifying items. Discounts from promotions are applied across items, and only the amount paid for each item will be refunded.
6.6 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
If you paid with a coupon or gift card, you will be refunded as an eVoucher. If you paid by bank transfer, USSD, or debit card, refunds will be processed to the original account used for the order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, processing may take up to 7 working days. If approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 14 working days, depending on your payment provider.
All refunds are processed in Kenyan Shillings.
To process a return, you must provide the email address used on the order and your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
You may also request store credit instead of a refund, which can be processed the same day.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

In addition to the other restrictions set out in these Terms, you may not use this site or its content to engage in unlawful activity, solicit others to perform unlawful acts, violate any local or international regulations or laws, infringe upon the intellectual property of Vibextaz or any third party, harass, abuse, harm, defame, or discriminate against any person, submit false or misleading information, upload viruses or malicious code, collect or track the personal data of other users, engage in spam, phishing, or other unethical communications, or interfere with the security or functionality of this website.
